Real estate photo software for teams

Agencies and property management companies:
one pool, the whole team.

Agency or property management company: your real estate agents and brokers take photos, send them for editing, and everything is paid from the shared credit pool. You decide who uses how much, everyone sees where they stand — and you get a single invoice.

From 299 CHF/month · quotas per agent · one invoice · no App Store

All prices include 8.1 % Swiss VAT (Red Vision Sàrl, CHE-385.917.635 TVA). The amount shown is the amount charged.

How it works

Four steps, and the agency is up and running.

01

Choose a tier

From 3 to 30 users, from 450 to 5,000 credits per month. You receive the invoice, the pool is credited — and you're off.

02

Invite your agents

One email is all it takes: each agent gets their code, pastes it into the app, and that's it. Agent, marketing assistant or administrator — everyone has their role. Remove or re-invite anyone you like, at any time.

03

Everyone shoots, res pays

In the field, your agents take photos and send them for editing as usual. Each photo is charged to the shared pool — nothing to pay upfront, nothing to set up.

04

You stay in control

A monthly cap per agent, a one-off advance when a property calls for it, everyone's usage in plain sight, a top-up in one step when the pool runs low. And all the agency's properties, sorted by agent, to download or publish from your Mac or your iPhone.

Before / after

What the agency plan changes.

Without

  • Each agent pays out of pocket and gets reimbursed through expense reports.
  • Nobody knows who spent what, or how much is left.
  • As many App Store accounts to manage as there are agents.
  • An agent leaves — their subscription, their credits, their photos, everything leaves with them.

With

  • A shared pool, charged photo by photo — no expenses to pay upfront.
  • Each agent's usage, month by month, right in front of the manager.
  • One single invoice for the agency, paid by bank transfer.
  • All your agents' photos centralized in storage shared across the agency.
  • An agent leaves — you remove them in one step: the pool and their properties stay with the agency, reassignable to a colleague.
The tiers

1 credit = 1 edited photo, sky included — same rules as individual pricing. Billed directly by Red Vision Sàrl (bank transfer), with no platform commission: that's what makes these prices possible. Agencies in the European Union: invoiced in euros, from 299.99 € per month incl. VAT, or excluding VAT with an EU VAT number (reverse charge). Need more than 30 seats? Write to us.

Day to day

The manager stays in control, without spending evenings on it.

Quotas per agent

Automatic fair split, or a precise cap per person — the intern at 50, the office star at 200. Changeable at any time, effective immediately.

The plan keeps up with the agency

A busy month, a growing team? A button in the app pre-writes the request — higher tier, top-up on invoice or switch to yearly — you review it and send it.

Instant top-up

Pool running low in the middle of a rush? Top up by card from the agency space, or from the Mac or iPhone app: the credits are available to the whole team instantly. Or on invoice, at your own pace.

The team changes, you keep up

Email invitations, removal in one step when an agent leaves, promotion of your right-hand person to administrator. From the app or the agency space.

Questions

What people ask us.

Can one agent spend the whole agency's credits?
No. Each agent has a monthly cap — split automatically among members, or set individually by the manager. No one can drain the pool on their own.
What happens when an agent reaches their cap?
They talk to their manager, who adjusts their cap in two steps from the app (Mac or iPhone) or the agency space — or they carry on with their own personal credits: packs and subscriptions remain available to them, and the agency pool isn't touched.
Who sees whose photos?
Each agent sees their own properties. The manager (owner or administrator) and the marketing assistant see every agent's properties, sorted by agent, from the Mac or the iPhone — to prepare listings without chasing files. The assistant manages neither credits nor the team.
An agent leaves the agency: how do you remove them?
You can remove them at any time, from the app (Mac or iPhone) or the agency space — and the agent can also leave on their own. Their personal credits stay theirs; the properties they saved to the agency cloud stay with the agency, reassignable to a colleague in one step (their local copies remain on their devices). The freed seat can be reassigned right away.
How does billing work?
Directly through Red Vision Sàrl: one invoice, paid by bank transfer, monthly or yearly. Your agents have nothing to pay and nothing to claim back.
Do the pool credits expire?
The tier's monthly credits are valid for one month from the agency's subscription date, then renew: an agency that signs up on the 28th has its credits until the 28th of the following month, not until the 31st. Extra top-ups purchased on top are valid for twelve months.
And if the pool runs out mid-month?
The manager tops it up on the spot — by card from the agency space, or from the Mac or iPhone app — available immediately to the whole team — or orders a top-up on invoice, at their tier's per-credit price.
