HDR merging is included at no extra cost, as is upscaling to 4K: both run on your device and cost us nothing to produce. Blur too: hiding a face or a license plate is an obligation, so charging for it would make no sense. Watermark, export, ZIP, PDF brochure layout, translation of its text and reordering are free; AI copywriting costs 1 credit. Your properties, backed up.

Every plan includes “My space”: your properties (photos and edits) backed up automatically to the cloud, and retrievable on any Mac or iPhone.

Included storage. Packs: Découverte 5 GB · Pack 100: 10 GB · Pack 250: 15 GB · Pack 500: 25 GB · Pack 1000: 50 GB. Subscriptions: Solo 15 GB · Courtier 50 GB · Intensif 100 GB. Agencies: from 100 GB to 1 TB for the agency, depending on the tier: one common space shared among team members. If you combine several plans, the largest storage applies.

For how long? With a pack, your storage is guaranteed for twelve months, the lifetime of your credits. With a subscription, as long as it’s active. When it expires or you cancel, your files are kept for 90 days (with email reminders) before anything is deleted: plenty of time to retrieve them or pick up a plan again. And your originals stay on your Mac or iPhone anyway: the cloud is a backup, never the only copy.

The pool’s monthly credits are valid for one month from the agency’s subscription date; extra top-ups are valid for twelve months. The manager invites agents by email, allocates quotas from the app (Mac or iPhone) or the agency space, and can top up the pool at any time. Billed directly by Red Vision Sàrl (bank transfer): no platform commission, which is what makes these prices possible.

Questions.

Do credits expire?
Pack credits are valid for twelve months from purchase. Monthly subscription credits are valid for one month from the subscription date: a subscription taken out on the 28th gives credits valid until the 28th of the following month, not until the 31st.
Are my files kept if I stop?
Yes, for 90 days after your plan ends (pack expired or subscription canceled), with email reminders before anything is deleted. Your originals stay on your Mac or iPhone; only the cloud copy is affected. Details in the Your properties, backed up section.
What happens to my photos?
For an edit, the photo is sent, processed, then deleted from our processing servers within 48 hours. Your properties are also backed up in “My space”, your cloud copy, which you can clear at any time. No model is trained on your images. Details in the privacy policy (in French).
What does the “Projection” badge mean?
It’s a marker in your gallery, on Mac: it flags renders in a custom style, the ones that depart most from the original photo. PDF brochures carry the notice automatically. An image exported on its own doesn’t: the notice must appear in your listing. You are the one publishing it, and the law holds you responsible for it. See the terms of use (in French).
What if an edit fails?
Up to five attempts, then your credits are refunded automatically. Same for a 2D floor plan scan the iPhone can't process: your credits are returned. Nothing is lost to a connection hiccup.
Do I need both the iPhone and the Mac?
Either one is enough. The 2D floor plan is scanned from the iPhone; batch editing and camera RAW files go through the Mac. Both share your properties through “My space”, the cloud backup included in every plan.
Is the quality as good as a photographer's?
Yes. The engine merges five exposures calibrated for real estate: clear window views, straight verticals, true-to-life colors. See for yourself with the before/after examples.
Do I need equipment or photography skills?
No. An iPhone is all you need in the field; the app handles exposures, leveling and merging. On Mac, res also reads RAW files from your camera if you have one.
My connection drops mid-process: do I pay again?
No. Every job (edit, 2D floor plan, annotations, brochure) has a unique ID: when you reconnect, whatever was already paid for is recovered, never charged twice. And res checks your balance before starting a batch.
Who owns the photos?
You do, entirely: originals and edits alike. They stay on your devices and in “My space”, your cloud backup, which you can empty at any time. We make no other use of them.
Do I need a tripod?
No. The five exposures are captured in one second and aligned with each other before merging. Details on the Photo page.
