Frequently asked questions.

How much does virtual home staging cost?
Two credits per photo for Furnish, Empty the room or Renovate, which is 2 CHF incl. VAT at the Découverte pack price, less with a larger pack or a subscription. The cost is shown before each edit. You get ten free credits when you sign up.
Are the walls and windows changed?
No. Empty the room keeps walls, floors, windows and built-in fixtures. Renovate modernizes finishes and furniture; the shell does not move a single pixel.
Which furniture styles are available?
Five styles depending on the room, “My style”, your signature look reapplied to every property, or “My instructions”: the edit described in your own words.
Do I have to flag an edited image in the listing?
The “Projection” badge is a marker in your gallery, on Mac: it flags custom-style renders, the ones that depart the most from the original photo. PDF brochures carry the notice automatically. An image exported on its own carries no notice: it is up to you to include it in your listing.
What happens to my photos?
For an edit, the photo is uploaded, processed, then deleted from our processing servers within 48 hours. No model is trained on your images.
What if the edit fails?
Up to five attempts, then the credits are refunded automatically.
